How will my order be shipped? When can I expect it to arrive?
Orders to U.S. destinations are shipped through USPS First Class Mail at a cost of $3.00 per order and can be expected to arrive within 7 business days. You will not be charged extra should you choose to order more than one piece. Orders to Canadian locations are shipped through USPS First Class mail at a cost of $4.00, and can be expected to arrive within approximately 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. International Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail at a cost of 5.00 per order, and can be expected to arrive within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase. Please note that any duty and/or administrative fees incurred for packages sent outside of the United States will need to be settled by you as Orno will not be held accountable for these. Can I place an order from abroad?
Yes! Orno is based in New York, and ships to all international locations.
How will I know when my order is received?
Upon receiving your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the address you provide. Please keep this email, as it contains your order number which you may need at a later date. If you do not receive an email, your order has not been successfully placed.
How will my gift be packaged?
Your gift will be beautifully packaged in a light blue charimsa suede jewelry pouch.
How do i pay for my goods?

Can I exchange or refund an item?
Orno does accept exchanges, provided the item is returned free of damage within 4 weeks of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at any point in time.
